Paul Saunders Restoration is a small and yet highly dedicated antique furniture restoration company, working mainly on early oak and country furniture for the English trade who are members of trade associations such as LAPADA and BADA. We also undertake commission work for private customers. Established in 1987 we have developed a reputation throughout the antiques trade for a first class professional service with a personal touch, where all work receives individual attention from the proprietor and is hand finished by the craftsmen involved.

In recent years we have been invited, through various channels, to pursue different projects, such as creating bespoke window frames to blend in and compliment existing frames on period houses, also restoring period oak and pine floors to their former glory. laying complete tongue and groove floors where clients appreciate the beauty of real wood. We can also make to special order individual free-standing items for kitchens which often involves customising existing pieces such as butchers blokes to accommodate vegetable baskets etc. or dresser bases to incorporate a sink. We can also of course hand build complete kitchens to further enhance your home.

We are proud to be able to offer an exciting addition to our service to include Period Property Restoration - this branch of the company will of course incorporate all of the specialist skills that are used within the antiques restoration. This service aims to provide a wealth of expertise combined with a craftsman's eye for detail and finish, guaranteed to provide an empathetic and complimentary addition to your period property. We can undertake large or small projects and every job given the same attention to detail and carried out to exacting standards. When you the customer is happy then we are happy!!
